Tip for the summer months:  Add outdoor activities to your exercise plans

Set a goal for yourself.  It doesn't have to be huge, maybe to run a 5K this summer.  Tell as many people as you know.  That way it will be impossible not to follow through.  Remember the path to fitness starts with one small step.
